Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Wait Time Policy
Every trip includes 15 minutes of complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time. Additional wait time may result in extra charges.
Mileage Policy
Base pricing includes local service within our standard service area. Trips outside the standard service area may incur additional mileage charges.
After-Hours Service
Transportation outside of normal business hours is available by appointment and may be subject to additional fees.
Weekend Service
Weekend transportation is available by appointment only. Additional charges may apply for weekend and holiday service.
Emergency Notice
MT Prime Services provides Non-Emergency Medical Transportation only. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
